Warranty Terms

Warranty Period

The warranty period is counted from the official website handover date and is clearly stated in the contract. Depending on the service package, the warranty period can range from 6 to 24 months.

Warranty Scope

Warranty covers technical errors originating from the source code, database, interface, and features developed within the original project scope. We do not cover errors arising from client modifications to the source code or installation of non-recommended software/plugins.

Response Time

We commit to responding to warranty requests within 4–24 hours depending on the warranty package. For serious issues affecting website operation, we will prioritize resolution as quickly as possible.
